This command removes species trait ID from the specified species ID.
This command instantly researches all non-repeatable technologies. Add 1 after the command to also research space creatures and crisis technologies. Add an additional amount to research that amount of non-repeatable technologies.
This command sends a diplomatic command from the specified empire ID to the palyer.
