skip_calling_cooldowns Console Command

The skip_calling_cooldowns command clears the timer that normally prevents you from changing your calling again so soon. Callings are recurring Shroud-related choices with a cooldown between swaps.

Use it to re-roll or change a calling immediately during testing.
