Country event

Communications protocols have been established. We can now engage in Diplomacy with this Empire. Their current opinion of us depends on how First Contact was conducted. To engage in Diplomacy; Click the Contacts button on the left side bar or press F10 … During first contact, we also gain Intel. As we gain further Intel on an empire, more details about them become visible to us.
