's Baby
The "'s Baby" event in Stellaris — flavor, choices, and how to trigger it with the event console command.
's Baby

Our science team has concluded that the abandoned ship, referred to as '…' in its command logs, was conducting an experiment in the … system, the goal of which was the creation of synthetic life. An antimatter containment breach resulted in the death of the ship's crew, as well as the newborn 'infant.' However, low-level psionic energy detected throughout the ship's systems suggest that the synthetic lifeform's 'ghost' took possession of the vessel seconds before the accident. It is conceivable that the nascent consciousness has spent the intervening centuries in a vain search for its mother. Unfortunately, at this time we have no way of communicating with the entity, nor of helping it to find rest. For now, the haunting of the … system seems destined to continue.
