It appears this is not the first … settlement on this planet. A number of facilities and districts have been carefully moth-balled and, with a little restoration, will serve our new colony well. But all records have been erased. Possibly this was a smugglers' port, or a haven for political exiles.
The command below will trigger the "The Waiting World" event in Stellaris:
Player choices
When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Excellent! Make arrangements to restore the facilities.
- −100 Minerals
- This is too good to be true. Demolish the districts.
- This will cause unhappiness in the colony.
Regardless of your choice
- Add deposit: Mothballed Facilities
