Covenant Proposed

Before we can locate the presence, it reaches out for us. Its thoughts coil and twist themselves around the minds of our telepaths, bargaining, cajoling. It is the Instrument of Desire and it will grant us wealth, power, prestige... all that we have ever desired. All that we will ever desire. The cost? A small matter, little more than a cover fee. It only wants what is best for us. It will help us, guide us, direct our ambitions and dreams. If we will only accept it into our hearts. It is confident that we will say yes. How could we possibly not say yes?

The command below will trigger the "Covenant Proposed" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:

• Form a Covenant with the Instrument of Desire
  • There will be a price to pay.
  • Gain modifier: Covenant: Instrument of Desire
• Form a Covenant with the Instrument of Desire
  • There will be a price to pay.
  • Gain modifier: Covenant: Instrument of Desire
• Exit the Shroud.
  • Leave the Shroud and return to normal space.
