Covenant Proposed

As we reach out for the presence, the minds of our telepaths are filled with a chorus of voices. No more than soft whispers at first, the cacophony grows in intensity, a thousand voices speaking in unison. The voices introduce themselves as the Whisperers in the Void. Individual members of the chorus make themselves known: the Susurrus of Secrets, the Throne's Shadow, the Master of Puppets - there are so many of them, all joined in the chorus of the Whisperers. It - they - claim to be privy to all knowledge whispered in secrecy from one mortal to another, and offer to share some of these secrets with us... If we will only allow them into our consciousness. A trifling price, they assure us. We will barely even notice their presence. There is an urgency to their tone.

The command below will trigger the "Covenant Proposed" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:

• Form a Covenant with the Whisperers in the Void
  • There will be a price to pay.
  • Gain modifier: Covenant: Whisperers in the Void
• Form a Covenant with the Whisperers in the Void
  • There will be a price to pay.
  • Gain modifier: Covenant: Whisperers in the Void
• Exit the Shroud.
  • Leave the Shroud and return to normal space.
