A powerful psionic backlash has bounced back through our conduit with the Shroud, and it seems to be affecting our ships. Our ships move as if held back by an invisible force. This has resulted in much slower sublight travel.
The command below will trigger the "Curse Bestowed" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between the following option:
- Exit the Shroud.
- Gain modifier: Curse of the Shroud
