When this event fires, you can choose between these 4 options:

• We feel safer in the Composer's embrace.
  • Our telepaths now produce additional Pop Growth. We can now build a Sanctum of the Composer on one of our planets.
• We hunger too. War can sate us.
  • Our telepaths now produce additional Naval Capacity. We can now build a Sanctum of the Eater on one of our planets.
• There is nothing more beautiful than desire.
  • Our telepaths now produce additional Amenities. We can now build a Sanctum of the Instrument on one of our planets.
• A filled mind has no room for doubt.
  • Our telepaths now produce additional Research. We can now build a Sanctum of the Whisperers on one of our planets.
