Tutorial: Starbase Upgrade

Excellent. As you can see on the Galaxy Map, the borders of our empire have expanded to include the System where we built our new Starbase. A newly built Starbase acts as an Outpost, with limited defensive capabilities and no room for Modules and Buildings. As such, it does not yet appear in the outliner until it has been upgraded. To upgrade a Starbase; Click the system on the Galaxy Map Select the Starbase Click on the Upgrade button
