Tutorial Reminder: Uplift

Having researched the appropriate technology, we now have the means to Uplift lesser beings to sapience. To uplift a Species; Open the Pre-Sapient Planet Click the Management tab Select the Species Click on Set Rights Click on Uplift The species will begin the uplift process, gaining full sapience once completed.

The command below will trigger the "Tutorial Reminder: Uplift" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between the following option:

• Understood.

Conditions the game checks before this event can fire:

• Must not have ethic: Gestalt Consciousness
