Ship event
Our new Observation Post has come online and will proceed with its Mission as long as the Awareness of the object of our study stays low. Once a Pre-FTL society reaches maximum awareness, they will no longer be observable. Instead, we will be able to engage them with Diplomatic Actions. We may choose to reveal ourselves early if our Interference Policies allow it.
