Tutorial: Orbital Rings

Thanks to our recent advances in mega-engineering research, we are now able to construct Orbital Rings around habitable Planets. We can begin building by issuing orders to a Construction Ship.

The command below will trigger the "Tutorial: Orbital Rings" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between the following option:
