Habitable Planets sometimes have Blockers, preventing their full exploitation. Clearing a Blocker takes time and costs Energy Credits, but can unlock Planetary Features currently blocked as well as free up additional construction space. To clear a Blocker; Select a planet in the Outliner Click the Management tab Click the Clear Blocker button on the blocker itself … In addition to resources, some Blockers require specific Technologies to remove.
