Open Borders

It seems our overlord has heard about the situation, and has sent a small contingent of bureaucrats and soldiers to clarify their stance on this. In no uncertain terms they make it clear that we will either open the borders to their civilians peacefully, or they will forcefully keep the borders open between us.

The command below will trigger the "Open Borders" event in Stellaris:
