A Question of Funding

Now no longer contained simply to the admiralty, we see the arguments and conflicts in every office across our empire. The latest incident involves funds earmarked for civil needs on …, which the oligarchs want to re-allocate for the military.

The command below will trigger the "A Question of Funding" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:

• It was earmarked for a reason.
  • The democratic faction of the admiralty will gain more influence.
  • Gain modifier: Civil Funding
• The oligarchs are right, move the funding to the military.
  • The oligarchic faction of the admiralty will gain more influence.
  • Gain modifier: Military Funding
