Broken Bulwark

As the mistreatment of our people continues, many are looking to our overlord, …, for potential aid. They have long demanded much of us, and it seems only fair that they would step in now that our people are suffering under foreign occupation. After a public outcry, we have finally received some military advisors from our overlord, who has stepped in to help us prepare our own people to retake our territory. They have started discussing ways in which we can utilize our people better militarily, though it will come at certain costs.

The command below will trigger the "Broken Bulwark" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:

• Freedom from occupation is worth any cost.
  • −15 Influence
  • Gain modifier: Protecting the Homeland
• Even freedom is not worth what they suggest.
