Psionic Ascension

From our earliest datasets, some of our units have recorded … wielding extraordinary powers - hacking into the minds of both machines and organics, manipulating objects by internal processing alone, or performing a range of other improbable functions.

The command below will trigger the "Psionic Ascension" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:

• A glimpse, perhaps, of the future that awaits us.
  Available only if Must not have origin: Teachers of the Shroud.
• A glimpse, perhaps, of the future that awaits us.
  Available only if Requires origin: Teachers of the Shroud.
