A small but sizable minority of … are clearly applying their newfound powers in questionable ways. Outraged victims are now demanding an overhaul of existing laws to provide stronger protections against psionic crime.

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Legislation will only slow our progress.
- Gain modifier: Psionic Crime
- The population must be protected.
- Gain modifier: Psionic Crime Crackdown
