Our forays into the Shroud have caused its energies to affect observable space. Though significant, these effects have been intermittent and isolated. 'Psionic Auras' present a way to turn this influence into a constant flow. Our actions ripple throughout the Shroud, drawing us closer to beings of great power. If we find favor with these entities, we might then channel their psionic energy into corporeal reality. Our … hypothesize that the resulting 'aura' would strengthen our empire, while weakening those that stand against us - just as we have previously observed.
