However, far from the front lines, local governors are seizing every opportunity to enrich themselves. For now, criticism remains muted, but the corruption has not gone unnoticed by the local population.
The command below will trigger the "Fat and Happy" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:
- Understood.
- Society: +None to None
- Foment public dissent.
- Continued support will increase the chances of a successful outcome by a modest percentage.
- −200 Influence
- Have our agents legitimize the regime.
