One of our key operatives working on … has become... enamored with the local civilization, and has been refusing many of their assigned tasks. Instead this overly-independent agent has taken up independent xenological study, and has submitted numerous requests to make this a formal posting. Although these actions put Operation … at risk of delay, we must admit that the unruly operative's work has already proven rather useful to us. Denying this effort will slow our progress.
The command below will trigger the "Side-tracked" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Discipline must be maintained.
- Gain modifier: No More Distractions
- Such initiative is to be commended!
