League Science Base

A surface scan of … has identified the remnants of an ancient installation on the …'s surface. Most of the facility was wiped out in a massive explosion some two million years ago, but a few outlying buildings more or less survived the blast. All evidence recovered so far points towards this having been some sort of research base built by the First League.

The command below will trigger the "League Science Base" event in Stellaris:
