Country event
We received a request from several members of the Talon's crew. They have asked us to use our resources to research their people's past. Much occurred while the Talon lay in limbo. They have asked that it be recorded for posterity.
The command below will trigger the "History Studies" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- To the archives!
- This project might be costly, and we will be unable to cancel it once we begin.
- We will pass.
