Our joint research on the Last Talon has given us unique insights into the inner workings of this behemoth. We believe that our engineering team, in cooperation with those aboard the Talon, have an opportunity to further improve the outer layers of the ship, making it even more resistant to attacks and potential hull breaches. We have already received permission from Skrand, but the project will require further funds.
The command below will trigger the "Potential Upgrades" event in Stellaris:

- This project might be costly, and we will be unable to cancel it once we begin.
- We don't have resources for this.
