Forgotten Tactics

Simulation battles have shown Skrand's concentrated tactics are very effective at first, but quickly fail against counter strategies. Even so, the results were superior to those we could expect ourselves. Implementing parts of both tactics in parallel resulted in chaos. Fortunately, from these failures emerged promising ideas that should alleviate the underlying problems.
