Integrated Structures

Our officers and commanders are working closely with Skrand, but they are not always in accord with him. Their preferred command structures differ, causing unnecessary tension. This has precipitated a need for joint military training. The work may limit our ability to command our fleets, but failing to properly prepare the troops could have dire consequences.

The command below will trigger the "Integrated Structures" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:

• Prepare an admiralty training program.
  • This project might be costly, and we will be unable to cancel it once we begin.
• Such war games are immaterial.
