Our work to uplift … to the galactic stage has been a resounding success. Under a newly unified government, our kin will be known as the "…." In the months and years ahead, they are sure to experience many challenges. In order to help them navigate an uncertain galaxy, we have agreed to accept them as vassals, at least for the time being. Accordingly, we have ceded full control of the system and dismantled our Observation Post.
