Now, those clinics are breaking down, years of intense use causing the machines within to grind to a halt. The proper functioning of the invader's technology is beyond us. Can we reverse-engineer it? Or should we repurpose this poisoned gift into something truly our own?Other empires might possess similar facilities. We should ask for help.

The command below will trigger the "Out of Warranty" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:

• Attempt to repair the Gene Clinics.
  • Select the Gene Clinics on the planetary view screen and click the repair button to attempt a fix. Establishing research agreements with other empires will increase our chances of success.
• Repurpose the Gene Clinics.
  • Turn the Gene Clinics into a Sanctuary of Repose at a reduced cost.
