When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:

• Let it go.
  • Gain modifier: Free From Strife
• Our cause is still worth fighting.
  • We'll keep fighting to ban the exploitation of pre-FTLs.
• They stole our revenge. They'll pay for it.
  • We can now use the Payback casus belli to declare war to the ….

has_country_flag = payback_stolen_revenge
