- Stop direct interference.
- We'll focus our efforts on passing the Equal Standing Act, preventing empires from exploiting pre-FTLs. We'll also need to support all 4 sanction types to enforce the law.
- Stop all interference.
- We'll focus our efforts on passing the Non-Interference Act, preventing empires from influencing the development of pre-FTL societies in any way. We'll also need to pass all 4 sanction types to enforce the law.
