Make Them Pay

We defeated them once, and we can do it again. But it won't be easy - the first time, they weren't expecting for us to fight back. Now, they will attack us with the full might of their fleet. To have any chance, we must bide our time and prepare ourselves. This is a battle we cannot afford to lose.

• Make them pay.
  • We can now use the Payback casus belli to declare war to the MSI.
