Crew Strain
The "Crew Strain" event in Stellaris — flavor, choices, and how to trigger it with the event console command.
Crew Strain

Indulgence has become routine. We've been chaining sightseeing arcs past binary stars and luxury deck rotations through the crystal gardens just to keep the passengers cheering. They are delighted, and now expect nothing less. Behind the facade the crew is running hot. Maintenance is deferred; a coolant pipe in the lower galley burst and nobody came to fix it. Mess hall grumbling has turned into hushed talk of 'resetting command,' and off-duty engineers have been spotted holding clandestine meetings in the cargo bays. We can still ease off and let the decks recover, or gamble the crew's loyalty. If we push on, open mutiny is a real risk.
