Greetings again, … of the oasis. Sailing through the nearby stars have made for some particularly fruitful scavenging. And so we have just finished the construction of new vessels. In actuality we build more than we need in order to get rid of the excess resources. We prefer the caravan to stay nimble, unburdened, so we come to you with a transaction in mind.
The command below will trigger the "Nomad Trade Proposal" event in Stellaris:
