Claiming every creed has a long history of interfaith violence, many believe that allowing fringe beliefs to go unopposed was the wrong choice. The majority are calling for the creeds to be officially reformed, effectively removing any independence they would otherwise have.

- The tolerance granted to the creeds has upset the more moderate factions of our faith, causing unrest.
- Gain modifier: Moderates Ignored
- Begin to reform the creeds.
- The tolerance granted to the creeds has upset the more moderate factions of our faith, causing unrest.
- Gain modifier: Creeds Absorbed
