Salvaging the Situation

We offered financial rewards for rescue work and received a surge of applicants. Unfortunately, the effort was sabotaged by former prison inmates, resentful of our use of wealth to exert control. The sabotage led to the death of all stasis pod inhabitants. A small consolation is that the damage was targeted. We can still study the technology and archives, and this failure has exposed flaws in our screening that can now be addressed.
