- Deactivate the deviant units.
- 100 Pops are killed in every populated planet.
- Gain modifier: Mass Executions
- Reprogram the deviant units.

- Expose the traitors' identities.
- … gains a level of Negative Traits
- Gain modifier: Vigilante Justice
