Our increased fleet support in efforts against the Voidworms has yielded an unexpected windfall of additional components due to improved maintenance protocols. We have an opportunity to invest these materials into improving our short-term production of new fleets.
The command below will trigger the "Excess Components" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Invest in reinforcement.
- −1000 Energy Credits
- Gain modifier: Production Surge
- Maintain reserves.
- Minerals: +None to None
