When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:

• Invest it.
  • Channel the money back into the federation. Will increase Federation Cohesion and temporarily apply the Business is Booming! Empire Modifier.
• Distribute it.
  • Divides the sum of money evenly amongst all Federation members.
• Appropriate it.
  • Keep the money. Temporarily applies the Midas' Stigma Empire Modifier.
