Catastrophic Meltdown

Several of the reactors on … shows signs of severe meltdown. Many of the containment vessels have been liquefied into radioactive slag. This section of the facility is littered with twisted metal and ruptured coolant tubes. Despite heavy data corruption we were able to determine that an emergency shutdown procedure was initiated but never completed.
