We have been implicated in a plot against the …. So vague is the allegation that we cannot definitively state whether or not they are on to something. Our own spies protest that the allegation is baseless, claiming this is likely either a defensive, counter-espionage response from one of our targets - or else a smear campaign being conducted by some third party.
