Unholy End
The "Unholy End" event in Stellaris — flavor, choices, and how to trigger it with the event console command.
Unholy End

The caravan of pilgrims who came to us begging for aid has met a grisly end. Reconstructive telemetry indicates they were engaged in some form of experiment, possibly psionic in nature. Due to a sudden spike in energy, the containment field around their flagship's engine core was breached. The resulting explosion destroyed the caravan, and has unleashed a potent Psionic Storm in the … system. Every estimate shows it will take several years before a storm of this size can dissipate. Whatever these holy fools aimed to do here, they obviously failed, and we have been left to deal with the fallout.
