Our recent trip through the Shroud Tunnel has precipitated a massive breach in spacetime. Psionic energy at unprecedented levels is spilling out into the system and... It has begun to coalesce. Sensor data is fluctuating, erratic, but it appears to be some form of Shroud spawn. Large, and definitely aggressive.

The command below will trigger the "Psionic Breach" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 4 options:

The galaxy grows ever more dangerous.
May the Divine protect us...
We shall grind it into dust.
If possible, we will avoid any conflict.
