Restoring the mysterious organism to life has been a long-lasting dream for the department, now made possible through the miracle of science.

When this event fires, you can choose between these 2 options:
- Give them the go-ahead.
- Start special project: Ice Alien
- They will do no such thing.
- +50 Influence
