One Population, Two Groups

The cyberization of our Hive is continuing smoothly. Part of our population now carries cybernetic implants, while others are still completely biological. Never before have we experienced such striking differences between our selves. Drones are now able to identify themselves as part of one or the other group, and this split is expanding their sense of individuality. Some drones have started to adorn themselves with small accessories, or are painting symbols on their implants to tell each other apart. It's an intriguing, yet unnerving development.
The command below will trigger the "One Population, Two Groups" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:
- Encourage this development.
- Influences the ongoing Cybernetic Consciousness Shift.
- Gain modifier: Self-Expression
- Ban personal identifiers.
- Influences the ongoing Cybernetic Consciousness Shift.
- Gain modifier: Individuality Ban
- Restrict individual symbols to leaders.
- Influences the ongoing Cybernetic Consciousness Shift.
- Gain modifier: Restricted Self-Expression
