When this event fires, you can choose between these 4 options:
- Agitate particles.
- Prepare a Particle Storm. Cost $@rare_resource_upkeep|0$ Volatile Motes Monthly, $@default_monthly_progress$ Progress/Month
- Destabilize gravitational fields.
- Prepare a Gravity Storm. Cost $@rare_resource_upkeep|0$ Dark Matter Monthly, $@default_monthly_progress$ Progress/Month
- Stir stardust.
- Prepare a Stardust Storm. Cost $@rare_resource_upkeep|0$ Rare Crystals Monthly, $@default_monthly_progress$ Progress/Month
- Abandon the project.
