When this event fires, you can choose between these 4 options:
- Intensify solar winds.
- Prepare a Radiant Storm. Cost $@irradiate_alloy_upkeep|0$ Alloys Monthly, $@default_monthly_progress$ Progress/Month
- Sever electron fields.
- Prepare an Electric Storm. Cost $@sever_energy_upkeep|0$ Energy Credits Monthly, $@default_monthly_progress$ Progress/Month
- Magnetize ions.
