We have discovered the frequency used by Cetana's convoys and stations to issue distress calls. If we are quick and decisive, we can mount raids without her ever knowing it was us. But our victory must be certain, or we risk drawing Cetana's ire.
The command below will trigger the "Disrupting Communications" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between the following option:
- What are the convoys hiding?
- Victories against Cetana's convoys and outposts will no longer trigger opinion penalties with Cetana.
