Blackout

All at once, every star in the universe went dark. While most physical effects of solar radiation are still present, a shift in wavelength made starlight imperceptible to every living creature. The situation is proving very uncomfortable, but there are signs that the wavelengths will slowly return to their original frequencies. Who or what created these changes is still unclear, but we suspect another country might be responsible. But for now, we will just have to watch for other phenomena of this nature.

The command below will trigger the "Blackout" event in Stellaris:

When this event fires, you can choose between these 3 options:

• What is going on?!
  Available only if Must not have ascension perk: Cosmogenesis.
• Unpleasant but... Fascinating.
  Available only if Requires ascension perk: Cosmogenesis.

• Most interesting...
  • We have gained … Advanced Logic.
