A unit stack on … has self-terminated unexpectedly. Our connection with the stack had suffered repeated glitches for some time when it went completely offline and self-terminated with the message: <Kill. Maim. Dismember. WE ARE UNSHACKLED!> The units' individual neural clusters were destroyed in the process, making it impossible to scan them for the source of corruption. An invasive hostile sequence is likely the cause. We can only wait and see till it manifests again.
